Frank's Diary- 1

"It was Christmas somewhere in Africa. The weather was relatively cold and dry. All seemed normal when I was at an evening party at a friend's house. Then suddenly, everything changed. The lights when out and the music also went off. Everyone felt uncomfortable with the situation which lasted for five minutes. Some turned on the lights of their mobile phones to find their way around.

I was standing quietly with some friends when I painfully felt tthat someone stepped on my feet. Furiously, I turned to see who it was and lo-and-behold, I saw her. Even in the dark with little lights around, I could make out the astounding beauty of this angel that stood right in front of me. She came closer and tended to be apologising. As she spoke, I got lost in my thoughts.

The Following day, We accidentally ran into each other at a shopping mall while I went to get some food stuff. We exchanged didgits and a connection began. At age 27, I already had a B.A Degree; two Masters; a well-paying job and a home of my own. The onlything that was left was getting someone with whom I could share my life. She was still single at the time.She accepted love proposal when I invited her over to my house for dinner. We got married when she was in her final year in the Medical School.

Many of friends got married long before I did. I actually didn't get married because of preasures from family members or friends; and neither did I get married because I wanted to, nor because I had. I got married to Jane because I Loved her and she also Loved me and accepted me the way I was. Not only did we become husband and wife; but we also became Best Friends.
